Who we are
This site belongs to Corvia, trading as Corvia Systems, in Giza, Egypt. For anything about your data, write to hello@corvia-systems.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact or demo form, we receive your name, your email, your message and what you need help with, and your company and phone number if you give them.
Why
Only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers each form message to our inbox; our email runs on Microsoft 365. Both may process it outside Egypt, under their own data-protection terms. Like any host, Cloudflare also handles technical details such as your IP address to serve and protect the site; we don’t use them to identify you. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, those services carry that conversation too.
How long
We keep messages while we are talking with you and for as long as needed for any work that follows, then delete them.
Your rights
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@corvia-systems.com.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no cookies and doesn’t count or track your visits. Your browser keeps two things on your own device, never sent to us: your light or dark theme, and a form you started but haven’t sent.
